S. 4226- Cannabis Administration & Opportunity Act

Introduced by Senator Schumer & Senator Booker in DC. If passed, the law will deschedule, expunge & provide for the immediate release of prisoners with non-violent Cannabis charges. It will also provide for better research.   

 

 

S. 980- Industrial Hemp Act: Farm Bill 2024

Defines Hemp and will eliminate the ban that currently prohibits people convicted of a felony from producing hemp or participating in the US domestic Hemp Production program. 

The Senate version of the bill, from the Senate Agricultural Committee is 94 pages.

The House version of the bill, from the House Agricultural Committee is 4 pages.
